Clive Sall was a co-founder of FAT (Fashion, Architecture &
Taste), Alphaville and BOB (big open box). He studied Architecture and
Fine Art and has taught at the Architectural Association, The Bartlett
and since 1996, at the Royal College of Art where he is Senior Tutor in
the Architecture programme. From 2005 he has been partner and
director of Sall, Cullinan and Buck Architects Ltd.
From 1998 his
studio has been exploring the theoretical and practical relationship
between branding, architecture and the urban environment. The brands
act in place of client, providing a fluid and responsive resource of
demographic, cultural, social and visual information.
