ADS1: Elephant & Castle

The ‘Ephemeral Elephant’ aims to strengthen and build on valuable social networks in Elephant and Castle through a nodal point in flux. Events are nurtured with vocational education and enable people to generate wealth. The shopping centre provides valuable heated space and civic function for residents; through strategy and infrastructure the site will establish an ever-changing, city-wide identity.
