Prior to coming to the Royal College of Art I was studying at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, where I acquired Masters degrees in Art History as well as Film Theory and Film History.


I am interested in artistic practices that reveal power structures while addressing social, economic or political issues. They often play with cultural and aesthetic traditions, or interrogate the conditions of their production and distribution. Exhibitions investigate how certain formats, narrative- or association-based, can articulate these ideas. Curating art is to provide a structure that helps to learn about the world, and initiate a public debate to form around a group of artworks and the concepts they entail.


My current research on the magazine format investigates how it has emerged as an alternative space for artists and curators, that is not only a tool of knowledge production but can also be used more flexibly to capture ideas through giving room to exhibitions and other collaborative projects.
