NoD is developing an AI-driven platform that allows users to use behavioural insights for a more personalised, sustainable and effective approach to professional development.
The idea for NoD was born from years of observing, and experiencing at close hand, how innovative and forward-thinking companies often approach learning and employee development in disconnected ways. Unfortunately, the types of innovative products widely available to consumers today haven’t made their way into the workplace. While many companies have digitised content, and aesthetics may have improved, the fundamental mechanisms for how users grow through learning have not changed in decades. This is the significant opportunity NoD has identified and targets.
NoD Technologies was founded by David Freemyer II, who graduated from the RCA’s MA Service Design programme in 2019.
