Anna Wojdecka is an Innovation Design Engineer with interdisciplinary expertise in Human Centred Design, Engineering and Disruptive Technology.
Anna works across different sectors, with the main focus on Healthcare Design and Space. An alumnus of the Royal College of Art, Imperial College London, the International Space University and the Singularity University Global Solutions Program, NASA Ames Research Centre, Anna advocates the power of collaboration between experts from diverse backgrounds.
Anna joined the Royal College of Art as a staff in 2014 as a Designer and Research Associate at the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design in the Healthcare Lab and as an InnovationRCA Fellow. Currently, Anna works in commercial-academic design research and as a tutor for Healthcare & Design MRes/Msc and Global Innovation Design. Her research includes Design for Safety, Health and Human Spaceflight.

Anna leads commercial practice as a founder of ØG Design Ltd., which delivers design solutions within multidisciplinary teams across industries, fusing human centred design with new technologies, from design research, product development to design workshop facilitation and design innovation strategy.

Anna is an academic lecturer in the UK and worldwide, including Imperial College London, Royal College of Art, University of Arts London Central St Martins, Dalhousie Medical School Halifax and the International Space University.
Her work has been recognised internationally, including winning Singularity University Global Impact Competition, European Space Agency Scholarship, InnovationRCA Business Incubator Fellowship, Earth & Space Foundation Award and James Dyson Foundation Design Scholarship. Collaborations include Ford Europe, Brompton Bicycle, National Health Service (NHS), Eppendorf, Duran Group, Rio Tinto, HSBC & Deloitte, Design Museum, King’s College London, University of Oxford, NASA and Spire.
