Lucie is a design researcher developing digital tools to encourage more sustainable approaches to fashion and textiles focusing on craft, materials and repair skills.
Lucie’s research innovates CX Digital Tools to support the use phases of a product life involving care, repair and upgrade.
As Post-doctoral Researcher in the Materials Science Research Centre (MSRC) Lucie is engaged in addressing social and environmental sustainability and human health and wellbeing.
In 2018 Lucie led the Touchcraft project to promote the co-development of ethical and sustainable wearable technologies and e-textiles. The project received funding from WEAR Sustain, part of the EU Horizon 2020 Research and Development Programme.
