Professor Hala Mansour

Hala is an experienced academic leader with more than 29 years of experience in Business Management. She has a particular interest in postgraduate research, doctoral and executive education.
Professor Mansour is the Head of Doctoral Programmes. She is responsible for leading the college portfolio of doctoral programmes, overseeing all College-wide processes and strategic initiatives relating to doctoral research and ensuring the RCA continues to provide a high-quality and supportive environment for doctoral study.

Research Interests
Professor Mansour research interests focused on Leadership and Change; Business Studies and Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. Hala ‘s research output has varied from publishing articles in research journals, book chapters and case studies. She had funding from the Advance HE and Leadership Foundation in Higher Education. Hala supervised more than sixteen doctoral students.
Hala is a trustee at the UK Council of Graduate Education and in a steering committee to both International Conference on Professional & Practice Based Doctorates and the UKCGE Conference on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Postgraduate Research. She is a Senior Fellow in Higher Education.
