Dr Nazlı Terzioglu

Dr Nazlı Terzioglu is a design researcher and educator, whose research focuses on interdisciplinary design methods to enhance people's understanding and engagement with environmentally responsible behaviours.
Nazlı completed her practice-based PhD in Innovation Design Engineering (Royal College of Art) funded by the Ministry of Economy of Turkiye. During her PhD, she designed 100 visible repairs and explored the ways to encourage people to repair. She holds an MSc and BID in Industrial Design, a BA in Sociology from Middle East Technical University.
She currently teaches in AcrossRCA, Grand Challenge and MDes Design Futures.
Previously, she was a research fellow at Brunel University London. She worked on the PISCES project that focused on plastic packaging waste in Indonesia. Before that, she was a post-doc researcher at Linköping University in Sweden.
