Phillip is visual artist who has shown his work nationally and internationally.
Phillip is a painter who combines material accumulations and imagery to evoke the relationship between creation and waste, flights of the imagination and an awareness of mortality.
He was included in the British Art Show 6 (2005), and his work is included in collections of Arts Council England, British Council, The Tate, UK Government Art Collection, Centro Cultural Andratx, Mallorca, Spain, and British School of Rome.
