Professor Rachel Garfield (Senior Tutor (Research) and SoAH Research Lead) would like to invite you to join us at the Royal College of Art’s Battersea campus to celebrate the launch of four new MIRAJ Issues: 11.1, 11.2, 12.1 and our latest special guest-edited issue 12.2 Spectral Cinema and Contested Landscapes.
Featuring screenings and talks with the artists Alia Syed and Juanita Onzaga.
We are pleased to celebrate four issues of MIRAJ articles, features, roundtable discussions, interviews and reviews and share the contributions of an exciting range of new and established writers, artists and curators. They bring new perspectives on all areas of moving image art making and culture: from scholarly explorations of cultures international and local, historic and contemporary, to insightful conversations with artists, and reviews of recent exhibitions and publications in the field.
